**The opportunity**

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Plant Coordinator / Site Administrator position is responsible for the safe and timely administration of the activities associate with the coordination of all mobile plant. This position will be based at our Brisbane office and support project delivery.

Where applicable, this role has accountability for compliance with all systems, procedures and policies relating to Site Administration on their respective projects. Your responsibilities will include:

- Coordination of invoicing and project management system administration, including raising & processing purchase orders
- Liaise with finance and accounts department to ensure appropriate debtor and creditor
- Management of vehicle registrations & accompanying FBT
- Warranties management of Capex plant and equipment where applicable, i.e., Road trains
- Ensure reconciliation of internal and external plant hire agreements versus accounts before payment.
- Develop and foster trusted relationships across many areas of Decmil

**Who & what are we looking for?**
- Experience in a similar Plant Coordination or Administration, preferably within the Construction or Resources industry
- Excellent communication, written and people skills
- Strong computer literacy with word processing, presentations, and spreadsheet
- High attention to detail, time management and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of legislation, regulations, and Standards (AS/NZS)
- Awareness and understanding of WHS principles and practice
