**About the Team**

This is a team that needs no introduction because customers drive our world. Support, Success & Consulting Services represent the voice of our customers and are a highly collaborative conduit between Sales, Tech, Product, and Marketing, ensuring the needs of our SME & Enterprise customers are understood and reflected across the business.

**The opportunity**

As the Community Leader, you will be responsible for crafting and implementing a social and community support strategy that uses professional partnerships and technology to reduce cost and drive customer advocacy. You'll be a natural collaborator and self-starter, looking for something to make your own in a supportive team environment.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Lead, develop and enable the team to provide the digital customer experience of the future.
- Foster a sense of belonging and community among members.
- Serve as a liaison between community members and organisational leadership.
- Advocate for the needs and interests of the community within the organisation
- Encourage collaboration, communication, and positive interactions among community members.
- Provide guidance, support, and resources to community members as needed.
- Promote inclusivity and diversity within the community.
- Monitor community engagement and gather feedback to improve

**Experience Needed**:

- Strong business acumen with SME's, specifically our Self Employed customers
- Knowledge of the Web, Community Forums and SEM fundamentals
- Providing accurate technical support to customers
- Solid understanding of software development and product strategy in a startup SaaS environment.
- Experience managing, moderating and driving online-based Communities and Social Media
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills. - Obsessed with the customer experience and genuinely empathize with both the customer and their end users.
