About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our team at KinCare, a leading provider of in-home care services to older Australians. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting and developing a team of 50+ passionate community workers who provide a wide range of care services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide coaching, ongoing support, and direction to a geographically dispersed team to achieve exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct interviews and inductions for new care workers, manage team and individual performance, and drive safety initiatives.
  • Manage payroll and other administrative tasks, ensure compliance targets are met, and handle customer escalations with support from the management team.
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader who has a proven track record of supporting large teams in community, call centre, retail, hospitality, or similar industries. You will have excellent communication and time management skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven team leadership experience supporting large teams.
  • Exceptional communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships and communicate with empathy while maintaining professional boundaries.
  • Previous experience in the Community/Aged Care industry is highly desirable.
