**About the Role**:
A full time, ongoing opportunity has arisen for an adaptable, energetic and confident Administration Support Officer to support the Service Delivery Team with a focus on the Fire Medical Response (FMR) Program.

Key responsibilities of this role will see you provide administration and support to the program.

More specifically, this varied position will require you to:

- Prepare documents inclusive of letters, presentations, and reports for distribution
- Collate information and documents
- Minute taking and diary management, inclusive of appointments and meetings
- Coordinate meetings and events encompassing organisation, agenda preparation, venue and catering
- Data entry, record administration and basic financial/procurement transactions.

To excel in this role, you will develop and maintain effective and co-operative relationships with internal and external stakeholders alike and will offer excellent customer service by delivering timely and professional responses.

**About You**:
Crucial to your success in this role will be your adaptability, attitude, willingness to learn and desire to work as part of a great team. You will also be highly motivated and keen to demonstrate your initiative. Naturally you will have excellent attention to detail and organisational and time-management skills managing a multitude of tasks in an efficient and effective manner.

Furthermore, you'll have experience with Microsoft Office 365 and a strong working knowledge of maintaining databases. Administrative experience in the health care or emergency services sector will be highly advantageous.
