**E-Scooter Store Manager - Bentleigh**

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead this brand new Bentleigh location. In this role, you will be at the heart of our operations, responsible for the day-to-day management of the store.

**Your primary responsibilities will include**:

- Lead and inspire a team of enthusiastic Scooter Technicians and Sales Associates, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring top-notch customer service.
- Oversee stock levels, order supplies, and maintain efficient inventory management systems to meet customer demand.
- Ensure that every customer interaction is exceptional, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, maintenance, and safety protocols.
- Monitor store performance, sales, and customer feedback, and make data-driven decisions to achieve targets.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Proven experience in retail management, with a focus on team leadership and customer service.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Knowledge of inventory management and basic financial management.
- No previous experience with E-Scooters required
