**About the Role**

Reporting to the Senior Asset Manager, the Workplace Manager is responsible for delivering a range of on-site facilities and workplace services, ensuring a responsive, welcoming, and authentic experience for staff & visitors to HCF corporate offices.

The Workplace Manager is the main point of contact for HCF corporate offices and responsible for managing the Concierge and Security team.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract.

**What you will be doing in this role**:

- Assist with office management duties including implementation of internal policies relating to physical space (e.g. Clean desk policy, office guidelines, etc)
- Maintain stacking plans and assist with building occupation changes to accommodate new staff
- Work with onsite Building Manager and Cleaners to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and general presentation of the office
- Supervise reception and security staff to ensure all meeting rooms and equipment within are operational and present well (work with Security and reception staff)
- Deliver day to day workplace management services, including concierge services, event and space management, workplace communications.
- Be responsible for office management systems including desk booking systems
- Manage workplace systems and reporting, ensuring data is accurate
- Manage minor projects related to HCF corporate offices: HCF House, St Leonards and Parramatta
- Assist with managing building or office relocations and liaise with building management, IT and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth transition
- Support the Projects Team on their major corporate projects

**About You**
- Extensive experience in workplace services through office management roles
- Experience in leading and or managing a team
- Experience in effectively building strong relationships with peers and stakeholders
- Ability to work autonomously and don't mind being hands on
- Comfortable with new technology and able to learn processes and troubleshoot problems calmly and quickly
- Exceptional time management skills with an ability to juggle competing priorities whilst remaining solutions focused
- Drive, passion and commitment to delivering a positive experience with all interactions
- Familiarity with the use of Video Conferencing equipment
- Ability to be articulate and effective in all communications - verbal or written
