We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our Corporate Governance team. Based at Town Hall and reporting to the Senior Advisor Council Support, no two days will be the same as you provide governance and administrative support to council committees, elected members and council staff.

Role accountabilities include:

- Organisation of briefings and workshops
- Preparation of agendas, minutes and attendance records
- Induct new employees to ensure compliance on council’s governance framework
- High level preparation of correspondence and reports, and
- Ownership of council’s AGM, public meetings and other events as required.

**Classification**: Municipal Officer, Level

**Salary Range**:$80,391 - $87,886 plus 12.5% superannuation

**Tenure**:Permanent
