Digital Learning Officer

We are looking for experienced Learning Officers to be apart of the specialist learning hub of a large Government Department that has a high number of staff working overseas.

The role would be required to:

- assist with the delivery of a variety of digital and blended learning products
- provide technical support and advice to both users and administrators of the department's learning management system
- support the broader work and priorities of both the Digital Learning and Learning Design teams

NV1 is desirable however Baseline will be considered.

Essential experience required:

- Experience with delivery and administration of digital learning solutions.
- Experience providing technical support to users and/or system administrators.
- Experience in engaging with internal stakeholders and working effectively as part of a team is essential.

Desirable experience:

- Experience in managing a learning management system or providing system administration duties is highly desirable.
- Experience in the development and delivery of digital learning solutions would be highly desirable.
- Experience using Acorn learning management systems would be highly desirable.
- Experience in multimedia design and support would be desirable.
