**The Opportunity**
Our client is a large Diplomatic agency, with a focus on learning, centrally located in Canberra. This requirement is for a **Digital Support Officer - (APS6 equivalent)** to join the Digital Learning and Technical Support Section (LTS).

The Digital Support Officer will work under general direction to provide administrative support and advice for the department’s learning management system, eLearning and other digital learning solutions. The role may also involve some general hardware/software technical support and troubleshooting to staff and across training facilities as required.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Assist with the delivery and administration of digital learning solutions.
- Help manage the LTS Helpdesk including monitoring, trouble shooting and responding to support requests.
- Provide technical administrator support and advice to both business areas and general users of the department’s learning management system.
- Support the other priorities and deliverables of the team and DAC more broadly.

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- Prior experience in a similar Government role, focused on Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Have the appropriate Security Clearance
