This is an exciting opportunity to join our marketing team as the **Marketing Technology Specialist** and to be part of a rapidly growing organisation - it's an invitation to be part of something exciting. This newly created position reports directly to the National Marketing Manager on a permanent full-time basis and is based out of our office in Keysborough.

**About the role**:
We're looking for somebody to join our marketing team and manage Rinnai's digital channels, including Rinnai websites, apps and third-party platforms. You will manage our digital agency, and work alongside the marketing team to help deliver great customer experiences on each of our channels.
- Management of Rinnai's digital channels, including websites and apps
- Sourcing third-party digital platforms to help improve team efficiency
- Be the go-to contact for owned digital channel improvements
- Understand the competitive landscape and be able to develop appropriate responses and actions.

**About you**:

- Confident project manager and communicator
- Comfortable leading projects from concept to delivery
- Experience in web and app project management is ideal
- Experienced in collaborating with stakeholders and agency partners
- Has the organisational skills to meet deadlines

You'll ideally have a marketing background, either agency based or on the brand side and your ability to write and communicate effectively is essential. Tertiary qualifications in IT / Marketing or related field preferred.
