Rowville, Australia GPC Asia Pacific Full time

We're currently seeking a talented customer service expert to join our finance team as a Store Network Credit Officer on a Full Time fixed term basis, to compliment our talented team in our Rowville Support Office. Full training will be provided to the right person, so this would be a great opportunity to kick start your professional career.
**(Fixed Term until end of 2023)**

What You Will Be Doing:*
- Customer service
- Debt collection / credit control
- Negotiate payment plans
- Account maintenance
- Reconciliations and receipting
- Administration
- Problem solving
- Resolving customer complaints

**About You**:

- Customer service experience
- Looking to kick start your professional career, or an experienced person wanting to join a stable, progressive company
- Be available for a full-time fixed term contract (until May 2023 & August 2023 - with view to extend)
- Be willing to work a rotating roster, Mon-Fri 8am and 10am starts
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and develop strong professional relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate mathematical and literacy skills
- Intermediate computer skills, and confidence with excel
