**The Role**

As part of a newly established function, this role will work closely with the legal teams to provide specialised M&A advisory work on complex client challenges, with the opportunity to deliver successful co-designed solutions.

The responsibilities for this role will include, but are not limited to:

- Supporting the team in winning new work and submitting proposals
- Delivering effective advisory support from an M&A perspective
- Supporting and managing key stakeholder relationships
- Working closely with the team to continue to build out the M&A function
- Ad-hoc duties as needed

- Relevant tertiary qualifications (Law, Accounting, Business, Finance)
- Consulting experience from either Big 4 or other firms
- M&A experience and the willingness to be hands-on and get involved with all elements of the process
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
