**About the role**:
You will work closely with the venue managers, directors and the culinary team, providing operational leadership across a diverse range of functions and events. Managing the front of house and the beverage and logistics team your main responsibilities will cover:

- Overseeing rosters for all event staff in consultation with the Event Coordinators and Front of House Managers.
- Providing guidance, training and support to FOH and Event Operations staff ensuring they are well-equipped to perform in their roles and provide an excellent customer experience.
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Managing operational requirements over a diverse range of events.
- Creating, implementing and maintaining processes & systems to manage assets and equipment, events and team members.
- Maintaining and complying with obligations to the WHS Act.

**About you**:
With a proven ability to manage events, programs, operational deliverables in a customer facing environment, you will bring:

- A good understanding of operational delivery which could stem from events, hospitality, catering, community services or other client facing environments.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently and competently work with diverse individuals and different departments for mutual success.
- Highly developed digital skills to implement, operate and optimise event/operations and staffing software.
- A qualification in Business, Events, Program Management or extensive industry experience.
- Current RSA or the ability to undertake RSA
