**Position Summary**
- The Safety, Quality and Improvement Unit at Barwon Health is looking for a Quality Systems Officer to join their team on a part-time basis
- Working with a broad cross-section of staff the position provides opportunities to work directly with others, coach and train staff in the effective use of the system
- Opportunities to contribute to system improvements and system development are also key functions of this position

Barwon Health is the largest health service in regional Victoria and based in Geelong, it is within commuting range from the west side of Melbourne. With approximately 7,000 employees, 22 sites and a broad range of services, Barwon Health plays a key role in the health and wellbeing of our local community and the Barwon South Western region.

The Systems Support team maintains, supports and provides advice on the systems RiskManTM and C-Gov across Barwon Health. We provide quality assurance to promote data integrity and information recorded in the RiskManTM system to meet the requirements of Victorian Agency Health Information (VAHI).

**About the role**

As the Systems Support Officer you will play an important role in maintenance, support and advice of the RiskManTM and C-Gov systems across Barwon Health. Providing quality assurance to promote data integrity and information recorded in the RiskManTM system to meet the requirements of Victorian Agency Health Information (VAHI). Support end-users in both the RiskManTM and C-Gov systems and working closely with the Quality Systems Coordinator and Administrator to ensure system enhancements and the associated reporting, education and support to effectively and efficiently use the system to achieve organisational goals.
