Quality Assessment and Regulation Division
Quality Assessment and Regulation Division (QARD) licenses and regulates about 4,900 early childhood education and care services operating across Victoria. We strive to be a best practice regulator and use a range of strategies to deliver regulatory outcomes. Our role is to ensure service operators provide safe, high-quality learning environments for children attending their services.
About the Role
As a Project Officer, you will be a key member of the Operations branch and play a key role in providing high level project and program management support in the management of Operation Branch project activities.
This role will also be responsible for coordinating and reviewing ECEC service notifications received from across QARD regional teams.
To be successful in this role, you will be a collaborative and motivated team member and will have demonstrated digital literacy capability skills (MS Teams; MS Office suite; Microsoft Edge, SharePoint). Excellent organisational, written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.
This is a full time, fixed term (until 30 January 2025) position, at the VPS4 level based in Melbourne CBD. For further details about this position, including core duties, refer to the position description.
