An industry star, our client has been providing optimal service to truck owners for over 25 years and is now looking for an experienced Group Parts Manager to join the team to elevate the parts departments at two locations.
**About the role**
We are seeking to appoint an experienced and proactive
**Finance and Insurance Business Manager** who is a true team player and ready to assist us in our continued sales growth across the business.
**Duties**
- Effectively implement dealership and manufacturer standards relevant to this position.
- Work collaboratively with team members.
- Consult with all customers and attempt to sell them finance and/or insurance from the Dealership’s own supplier.
- Obtain approval from the Finance Company on all finance deals.
- Approve all deliveries.
- Collect and receipt all monies from the sale of vehicles as well as amounts from Finance Companies.
- Assist New and Used Vehicle Sales Departments in sales negotiations where necessary.
- Prepare warranties and other relevant paperwork prior to delivery of new vehicle
- Obtain approval from the Finance Company on all finance deals.
- Record monthly sales of finance and insurance for New and Used Vehicle Departments.
- Perform all other duties as requested by management.
**Skills and experience**
- MUST have Experience in Truck / Commercial Asset Finance
- Finance & Insurance Accreditation
- Exceptional customer service and people skills
- Proven sales abilities
- Strong computer skills with the ability to pick up new systems
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
- The confidence to build and foster strong relationships
- Appearance is neat, presentable and in line with dealership/manufacturer standards.
