Executive Assistant to The Apac Regional Leadership Team

**Day to day**
- Manage and maintain complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements for the leadership team.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Act as a liaison between the leadership team and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Organize and coordinate team meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as required by the leadership team.
- Manage expense reports and budgets, ensuring compliance with company policies.

**Your Profile**
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably within a multinational organization.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience working in the APAC region.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools.
