The Role
An exciting opportunity has presented to join our team as the Sales Manager. This is a senior leadership role responsible for meeting sales targets through the responsible generation of revenue. This role supports the National Sales Manager with sales activities including the qualification, nurturing and conversion of sales enquiries. As the Sales Manager, you will enhance Levande’s leadership position and reputation in the industry through sustainable sales practices and adherence to the structured sales process.
What you will do
- Lead and operate a team to undertake sales and service activities including triage, pre-qualification, nurture and conversion of online enquiry
- Partner and collaborate within Sales and Marketing to achieve customer and business objectives
- Leverage virtual customer experience tools to engage customers online and drive customer satisfaction outcomes
- Develop and deliver against Key Sales & Service Performance Metrics
- Deliver on agreed enquiry conversion rate from enquiry to deposit to settle per project(s).
- Support delivery of effective sales pipeline using CRM technology
- Position activities, systems and processes to maximise channel conversion of online enquiry
- Adopt and adapt (where relevant) Levande selling and service processes and methods, to deliver consistent customer experience to build brand reputation and advocacy.
- Develop and embed insight selling and sense making skills competencies in line with Levande Sales and Marketing capability framework.
- Assist in maintaining appropriate systems, procedures and controls.

What we like about you
- Proven track record of high performance sales leadership experience
- Appropriate licensing and credentials
- Proven track record in achieving group sales targets
- Extensive experience in managing and coaching customer service and or sales teams
- Fundamental and applied understanding of the customer journey/sales process along with customer centric procedures and ethos
- Computer literacy and experience with MS suite
- Experience with using CRM; Salesforce highly desirable
- Mentoring and coaching experience
- Similar experience in Land Lease Communities / Retirement Living
- Commercial and financial acumen
