**Description**:
At HireSandpit ELMO, we are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Tester to join our Client Services team in Sydney. As a casual position, the Quality Assurance Tester will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of quality and performance across our products and services. The main responsibilities of the Quality Assurance Tester include:

- Identifying and documenting any defects or issues in a clear and concise manner
- Developing and executing test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures to support the quality assurance process
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and provide feedback on potential improvements
- Participating in agile development processes to ensure that quality is maintained throughout the software development lifecycle
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies
- Providing accurate and timely reports on testing activities, results, and metrics
- Adhering to quality assurance standards and best practices
- Staying updated on industry trends and advancements in quality assurance techniques
- A strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using testing tools and techniques to identify defects effectively
- Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate well within a team environment
- The ability to work independently while also being an effective team player
- A proactive approach towards learning new technologies and improving testing processes
- A commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all aspects of work

**Skills and Experiences**:

- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
- Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
- Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and analytical thinking
