**The Role**

Reporting into the People Solutions Manager, the HR Advisor role is responsible for providing generalist HR advice and support services to managers and employees across the organisation as part of Tier 2 in our Tiered Advice Model.

You will also be responsible for providing operational support across the People Function including supporting our HR Business Partners and Employee Relations & Safety team to triage cases, perform governance & workflow management for our Human Capital Management system (Oracle), collaborating and supporting our Talent Acquisition, Performance & Reward and Employee Experience teams.

As part of your role, you will also assist our outsourced payroll partner (Ceridian) and internal Payroll Team.

**About You**

You possess a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a HR Advisor role or in a similar capacity across the general HR and/or people and culture function.

You are process-driven and thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering to the needs of the business.

With a customer-focused mindset, you strive to build rapport and relationships with both internal and external stakeholders which will enable you to provide both operational and advisory support to a wide range of HR issues.
