**What's on offer?**:
As a People Services Advisor you will play an integral role in delivering exceptional HR advice, reporting, and admin services for team members throughout their employment lifecycle.

In this hands-on role, your success is achieved by using your exceptional attention to detail, organisational capability, and a drive to provide an awesome team member experience.

Key accountability areas include:

- HR advice and administration management
- Manage onboarding and offboarding activities
- Ensure all employment changes are accurately managed
- Partner with external providers to coordinate employment contracts
- Maintain accurate and up to date team member records
- Data reporting, including HR metrics, WGEA and Company engagement program
- Coordinate probation review process with leaders

- HR acumen, including knowledge of the industrial landscape and fair work act
- Critical thinking and problem solving.
- Data reporting using relevant systems (e.g., Chris21)
- Your customer centric mindset and a great sense of fun
