About the role
Fixed term temporary full time or part time opportunity to provide operational planning, management, and evaluation of designated services within complex healthcare settings within redevelopment project at Redcliffe Hospital.
About you
- Effectively manage hospital resources and services within and available to Redcliffe Hospital Expansion Program in collaboration with the Executive Director, RDH and the Client-side Project Director Capital Projects, Sustainable Assets and Infrastructure, ensuring cost-efficiency and alignment with project objectives.
- Practice collaboratively within the interprofessional health care team to promote the safety, security and personal integrity of individuals and groups.
- Serve as an expert professional resource, resolving complex clinical, governance, operational and ethical challenges.
- Ensure planning aligns with models of care and functional design briefs developed as part of the business case.
- Proactively identify clinical planning and commissioning related risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies ensuring key project milestones are achieved and the overall integrity of the project is maintained.
