This is a pivotal role supporting the fast-paced and diverse operations of the Directors of Business Operations and Community Relations & Development’s Office. The role holder provides professional, confidential, practical and timely support to the Directors of Business Operations and Community Relations & Development. These roles oversee the areas of Finance, Human Resources, Compliance, Capital Programs, Facilities and Retail Services and the areas of Enrolments, Community Relations, Past Pupils, the All Hallows’ Foundation, Fundraising and Philanthropy. This person also provides secretarial support to the School Property, Finance Committees, the Foundation Board and other committees as required.
This is a full-time continuing opportunity to join our community.
