**The Opportunities**:
The opportunity is for people-oriented person who enjoys working in a varied office rounder role and thrives supporting clients and team whilst contributing to a busy yet fun working environment.
**The positions main responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:
- Reception duties - answering phone enquiries, taking messages and ensuring customers receive a 1st class service
- Front desk duties - meeting and greeting face to face
- Administration support
- Record keeping, filing and other ad-hoc duties
- Obtaining quotes
