Temp ongoing Administration role based in the Ipswich region for building company
**Your new company**
This business is a family owned and operated building company servicing South East Queensland. They specialise in civil, commercial and residential builds and have received multiple industry awards. They are seeking an Administrator to work out of their Ipswich based office.
**Your new role**
You will provide all-rounder Administration assistance with duties including but not limited to:
- Enter incoming invoices to Project Management Software (Procore).
- Assist CA’s creating site safety boxes including binding folders and laminating.
- Monitor key and workwear registers.
- Input Purchase Orders into Project Management Software.
- Assist matching all EOM invoices against statements in MYOB.
- Organise safety updates for employees (booking and managing first aid, mask fit testing, MasterBuilders courses).
- Assist Estimators in seeking quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
- Help in preparing professional quote submissions and documents.
- Answer and direct incoming calls.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Competent and confident in Microsoft suite, MYOB and happy to learn Procore (project management software).
- High level attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Keen to grow and learn new systems and process.
- Ability to create and follow documentation processes.
- Professional presentation.
