Join our Joint Replacement division as an Associate Territory Manager, covering Metro and West. In this role, you’ll work with surgeons and healthcare teams to deliver state-of-the-art joint replacement solutions, with a special focus on robotics. This role is a fantastic entry into medical device sales, with a clear path to becoming a Territory Manager.

You’ll also benefit from a hiring manager with a proven track record of developing some of our top salespeople and others who have successfully transitioned into various roles across Stryker, including management, training, and marketing.

**What You’ll Do**
- Drive sales growth and market share through customer engagement and education.
- Provide clinical and technical expertise, particularly around robotic-assisted joint replacement technology.
- Support surgeons in procedures, ensuring effective use of Stryker’s advanced products.
- Collaborate with the Territory Manager to create business plans and grow your territory.
- Manage product inventory and troubleshoot any product issues.
