Our Hays Strategic Account Management team in Melbourne plays a critical role in the engagement, protection, and evolution of relationships with our client partners. Due to our continued and rapid growth we are searching for an ambitious Account Coordinator to join the team.

**Your new role**

Supporting two Strategic Account Directors, you’ll be supported to succeed with the strategic and successful management of a portfolio of clients across Victoria.

With a joint focus on meeting and exceeding client expectations, along with educating and enabling our own recruitment consultants, you’ll enjoy a variety of responsibilities and challenges every day, including:

- Assisting with supplier queries
- Managing and communicating all processes and any changes for client agreements
- Liaising with Hays Consultants locally and nationally as required to ensure compliance targets are met
- Providing support & training to consultants to ensure they understand the processes, systems and expectations of our key clients.
- Working in partnership with many of our internal departments including Marketing, Reporting Analysts, Administration and Compliance
- Intranet content updates
- Manage and collate compliance for client agreements

**What you'll need to succeed**

You’ll have superior administration skills and the ability to think and act strategically to come up with solutions and initiatives.

You’ll need to demonstrate the Hays values (Build Partnerships, Think Beyond, Do The Right Thing) in your customer service to both internal and external stakeholders, along with:

- Strong attention to detail
- Top-notch organisational skills that will be put to use every day
- The ability to prioritise a changing workload within a fast-paced environment
- Savvy IT skills, including intermediate MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
