**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We’re seeking a Clinical Specialist to join our Joints DePuy Synthes Team in the Sydney Metro area, New South Wales. As a key player in our organization, you’ll build trusted partnerships with healthcare professionals, endorsing the value and benefits of our product range. Whether you have experience in osteopathy, physiotherapy, exercise physiology, athletics, or you have an engineering background, this role offers the chance to make a significant impact and shape the territory’s future.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide support to the sales team and our clinical customers with highly technical data and product expertise.
- Assist and guide theatre staff including surgeons and nursing staff in the correct and safe use of DePuy Synthes Joints Products.
- Provide training & education to health care professionals.
- Assist with the logístical requirements of the business.
- Build and develop strong relationships with customers, external and internal.
- Champion the team, the culture, and the brand.

**ITS ALL ABOUT YOU**
- Tertiary qualification in a health-related field with knowledge of the anatomy and physiology.
- Proactive problem-solving and effective communication skills.
- Aptitude for understanding technical devices and technology.
- Comfortable working in a team environment, but also be extremely self-motivated when working alone.
- Ability to perform under pressure in an operating theatre environment.
