The Change Manager is critical to making this happen and will be responsible for supporting the implementation of business and technology change initiatives to deliver positive customer outcomes. Working closely with stakeholders across the division, you will join a multi-disciplinary team to ensure change planning and delivery is tailored to drive business readiness and adoption across our program of work.
The Change Manager will report to the Business Execution Lead and will join the team to actively building change capability and drive consistency in how change is delivered across the COE.
**Role Location**: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008
**Schedule**: Full Time
**Role Type**: Permanent
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
Organisational change management and communications experience including other general communications or stakeholder management experience
Track record in executing people change activities in medium to large programs of work (e.g. conducting stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments and developing change plans)
Understanding of change management frameworks, disciplines and procedures along with strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
Flexible and adaptable (able to work autonomously in ambiguous, fast paced and cross-functional team environments)
Strong planning and co-ordination skills. Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and ability to deliver clear, simple & effective styles of facilitation
Understanding of a range of problem-solving techniques to solve highly complex and ambiguous problems
Ideally you may also have had some exposure to or experience in Agile methods of working including use of tools such as Jira and or Confluence
