Key Responsibilities:
Accounts:

- Manage Accounts Receivable, including the preparation of invoices and progress claims to clients.
- Handle Accounts Payable, ensuring the collection of invoices and prompt payment by the due date.
- Prepare Business Activity Statements (BAS) and Annual Taxable Payment Reports.
- Conduct bank reconciliations.
- Diligently pursue outstanding accounts receivable.
- Maintain the Project Sheet.

Office Administration:

- Coordinate with clients' procurement and administrative teams regarding onboarding requirements.
- Ensure the availability of office supplies, including kitchen, stationery, and equipment.
- Maintain various registers, including those for training, equipment, insurance, and contact lists.
- Lead team meetings and huddles, as well as prepare minutes of these meetings.
- Oversee office workflow to ensure efficiency.
- Assist with client inquiries.
- Support project managers with various tasks to facilitate the successful delivery of projects, such as managing supplier commercial schedules and registration in client portals.
- Liaise with consultants to ensure compliance with ISO certification.
- Act as the first point of contact for all office phone calls.
- Review engagement contracts.
- Manage project purchase orders and promptly notify project managers upon receipt.
- Perform other general ad-hoc tasks as required.

Qualifications:

- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in QuickBooks and other company portals, including SAP Ariba, SW Delivery Portal, Beakon, and 3D Safety.
- Strong organizational and proactive abilities.
- Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
- Effective problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
