I am working with a client who is a leader in the Service/Fire/HVAC Industry - They are searching for an Accounts Clerk to join their established Finance team of 8

This is a permanent full-time position suitable for candidates with a grounding in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. They have excellent capabilities in regards to training and development and are happy to train where necessary,

Candidates who are highly experienced within the field are also encouraged to apply as salary can be adjusted to match expectations

The role:

  • High volume data entry of invoices
  • Ensuring accuracy prior to submitting payments for approval
  • Account and vendor statement reconciliation
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Account reconciliations - vendor statement review and investigation of outstanding items
  • Managing the accounts receivable function
  • Timely collection of customer account payments
  • Adhoc administration duties in support of the wider team

Requirements:

  • Strong communications skills both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated organisational ability to work within deadlines
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Experience transactional Accounting - both Accounts Receivable and Payable
  • Experience with large ERP systems
