**About the opportunity**

The Employment Coach will be responsible for Implementing and monitoring Job / Participation Plans, working with participants to identify education and employment related goals, referring participants to relevant vocational / non vocational activities to support job readiness to secure sustainable employment.

**About you**

We're looking for a motivated individual who has a genuine interest and commitment to working with vulnerable people in our community. You will also have:

- Relevant tertiary qualification, including Certificate IV Disability, Community Services, Employment Services, or Career Development (Essential).
- Experience in dealing with complex situations and in a target driven environment with high degree of Customer service skills.
- Previous experience in case work gained within the community sector or employment services.
- Current valid driving license (Essential)
- Working with Children Check (Essential)
