About the opportunity:


The Employment Coach (Pathway to Employment program) will be responsible for supporting participants to achieve their pre-employment goals and will also be responsible for implementing and monitoring supports for participants in our Pathways to Employment program (SLES/P2E).

About you:


We're looking for a motivated individual who has a genuine interest and commitment to working with vulnerable people in our community.

You will have a relevant tertiary qualification, including Certificate IV Disability, Community Services, Employment Services, or Career Development (Essential) along with;

  • Experience in dealing with complex situations and in a target driven environment with high degree of Customer service skills.
  • Previous experience in case work gained within the community sector or employment services.
  • Experience in delivering training content and supporting young people with disability.
  • Current valid driving license (Essential)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (Essential)
  • Working with Children Check (Essential)
