**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The Manager Talent Strategies is responsible for undertaking research and analysis that informs the development and design of attraction strategies, strategic frameworks, tools, policies and guidelines for Talent Management and Acquisition across TAFE NSW.

This position offers a base salary of $163,548 p.a plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.

You are a strategic and commercial leader who has previously led the development of talent acquisition and management excellence and built the capability for a broader People and Culture team. You are results driven, take initiative and think outside of the box to deliver innovative solutions.

You have impeccable communication skills, are analytical, influential, organised and solution driven.

You enjoy building trusting relationships with senior stakeholders and coaching & inspiring your Talent Acquisition team to deliver service excellence.

**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Degree qualification in related field or equivalent significant experience.
- Demonstrated understanding of a diverse range of contemporary talent acquisition strategies.
- Ability to address and meet focus capabilities as stated in the Position Description.
