Permanent People are working with an established recruitment business in Melbourne who are looking to hire a recruitment billing manager to work alongside and manage a small team of 4-5 consultants, who are one of the businesses most established and successful teams.

The Role:
Our client work in the construction, civils, and mining industries across Australia, and enjoy a great reputation within their sectors.

They have a grown up, easy going and trusting culture and you will be an integral part of this supportive management team.

Career development and training are at the top of their agenda, and they give their recruiters every tool needed to be successful in their job from the latest tech to in-house databases.

Your role as a billing manager will be dealing with all commercial building roles across the region as well as expansion into Southern Australia. These roles will be mainly perm, with some contract roles involved.

About You:
Minimum of 3 years recruitment agency experience, and have a strong billing track record

This may be from within the same sort of sectors as our client specialise in, our perhaps you work in IT, finance, engineering etcrecruitment and would be open to a change to get to Australia

Previous experience in a leadership/ management capacity is preferable but not essential

Our client will sponsor you either through the working holiday visa route or a full visa

For this, you will need to have 2 years’ experience as a recruitment consultant and a business-related degree.

Or 5 years’ experience as a recruitment consultant.

Salary package of $90,000-$95,000 + super
