- Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
- Experience with program and project scheduling

Key job responsibilities
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment across varied programs and in sensitive contexts
- Establish, optimize, and retire mechanisms and processes to improve conditions for program success
- Establish new norms on various aspects of the program and build alignment across teams
- Drive projects for their entire lifecycle from planning through post-launch measurement
- Own reporting of critical operations-related metrics to business stakeholders
- Liaise with other Amazon teams to ensure relevant areas are engaged and aligned to support program deliverables
- Build effective relationships with multiple internal and external, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver complex, projects
- The ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, across all teams and levels of seniority within Amazon (e.g., technical, business, executive)
- Clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Masters or equivalent
- Experience driving process improvements
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams
- Hands-on experience managing complex projects
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to drive projects independently
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and can learn quickly
- Ability to communicate ideas effectively, verbally and in writing, to a wide range of audiences
