**Position summary**:
Join a fabulous team as a Corporate Affairs Administrator, where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting their Government & Stakeholder Relations Department. Your primary responsibilities will include providing administrative support to the General Manager and team, coordinating event preparations, and ensuring compliance with corporate affairs strategies and regulations. You'll also be tasked with data analysis, maintaining KPI dashboards, and managing stakeholder systems.

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the Communications Advisor to streamline internal and external communications, format documents and presentations, and prioritize incoming requests to ensure timely task delivery. Additionally, you'll manage document archiving, support ad-hoc visits, and deliver integrated stakeholder engagement outcomes.

Your expertise will be crucial in daily social media management, emergency log-keeping, and system administration for INX Inform and DMS. You'll also handle meeting agendas and minutes, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

**About the role**:

- Provide administrative support to the General Manager - External, Government & Stakeholder Relations and their team.
- Assist in developing and implementing corporate affairs strategies.
- Support event preparation in Perth, the Perth Basin, and Geraldton regions.
- Handle data analysis and maintain KPI dashboards for the External Affairs team.
- Offer support and basic training for stakeholder systems.
- Coordinate internal and external communications with the Communications Advisor.
- Format documents, presentations, and materials according to guidelines.
- Prioritise and communicate progress on tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Assist with visits and liaise with broader group companies as needed.
- Manage document archiving, cataloguing, and proper storage of agreements and communications.
- Support stakeholder engagement efforts aligned with business projects.
- Draft and track correspondence in INX (InForm) and serve as system admin for INX Inform and DMS.
- Manage daily social media and media coverage for the business.
- Act as log-keeper for the Emergency Management and Crisis Management Teams.
- Take meeting minutes and prepare agendas in advance of meetings.

**About you**:
We're looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years' experience in Corporate Affairs, excellent communication skills, and a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office. If you're a well-organised individual with strong problem-solving abilities and a can-do attitude, we want to hear from you
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Corporate Affairs roles
- Sound organisational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and a can-do attitude
- Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
- Superior attention to detail and ability to problem solve and show initiative
- Flexible in approach with an adaptive style to suit changing workplace requirements
- Ability to work autonomously as well as contribute to team projects
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in the INX information management system (Highly desirable)
- Strong data recording, database and systems understanding and analysing skills
- Experience in reporting and data analysis, MS PowerBI knowledge and experience is desirable
