Processing student enrolments for Boston Institute

Issuing course confirmations and documents in a timely and accurate manner

Responding to student and agent enquiries promptly with professionalism

Maintaining accurate student and agent records

Providing support and guidance to internal stakeholders on admissions related matters by liaising with Recruitment, Marketing, Student Services, and Academic staff to ensure smooth communication and excellent customer service to clients

Demonstrated high level interpersonal and communication skills

Demonstrated relevant qualification and/or work experience in administration

Excellent attention to detail, organisational and problem-solving skills

Demonstrated high level computer skills and use of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, web-based client management system, CRM, SMS and PRISMS

Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team, with strong customer service focus

Ability to liaise with and establish effective professional relationships with culturally diverse internal and external stakeholders.

Working knowledge of the ELICOS sector (or international education industry) and Australian visa requirements

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual, Temp to perm

**Salary**: $47,993.02 - $82,033.32 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
