**Sales & Account Manager** to join their team This opportunity offers a
**flexible work environment**.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Ensure the retention and effective management of exiting accounts.
- Drive new business development to achieve sale portfolio growth and increase revenue.
- Provide competitive intelligence, analysis of market trends and competitors performance.
- Build and leverage a network of customers and industry contacts.
- Collaborate with various key stakeholders the ensure the delivery of sales activities to achieve commercial objectives.
- Drive sales pipeline and effectively create, manage, and promote commercial understanding.
- Maintain responsibility for the migration of new business and of new products, solutions and services to all customers.
- Develop and maintain a structured sales plan under your portfolio with the goal to increase functional effectiveness.
- Carry out process audits and identify new product and revenue opportunities.
- Achieve expected revenue, profitability, and satisfaction levels in portfolio.
- Attend internal sales and product session to develop a high level of product knowledge.

**Skill Requirements.**
- Experience working within the Travel Industry
- Strong understanding of Account Management and Business Development.
- Confident customer service skills -ability to understand implications and commercial impact of technical issues.
- Capable to compile and adhere to structured sale plans _- _define milestones, action items and follow-up when required.
- Enthusiastic personality with effective communication and self-management skills.
- Skilled using online booking tools - corporate or business-to-business.
- Experience using Global distribution Systems and Travel Agency Background advantageous.
