**The Opportunity**
Crystalbrook Kingsley, located in the centre of Newcastle’s CBD, is an innovative and award-winning Hotel. The Conference and Events Sales Manager is responsible for exceeding customer satisfaction through the proposal, contract negotiation, and coordination of events whilst ensuring optimal revenue performance is achieved. The position is varied and highly visible both internally and externally of the hotel and because of this, the role will be of interest to those energised by our personality, environment, and values.

**Your talents**
To be successful in this role, we welcome interest from individuals with relevant experience in events management, event sales and conference co-ordination. With strong planning, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills, you will be methodical, naturally organised and work effectively in an environment of collaborative success. This position would suit an ambitious events professional who is forward thinking, independent and commercial and would like to consider an opportunity working within an effective hotel leadership team.
