**About the Role**:
The Exams Results and Awards Officer role provides relevant assistance to the Senior Officer, Exams Results and Awards in the provision of the services required across the areas of Exams, Results, student graduation and completion documentation, verifications and graduation ceremony support.

**An example of the duties you may perform are**:

- Provide a range of high-quality Exams, Results, Awards and Graduation process support, including but not limited to the production of Academic Transcripts, VU Extra Academic Transcripts, Statement of Attainment, Australian Higher Education Graduation Statement (AHEGS), etc.
- Provide operational support with the higher education and VET Results ratification processes
- Monitor and action Rightnow - CRM incidents regarding completion/graduation queries

**This is a full time fixed term position (36.75 hours per week) HEP Level 5 classification with salary range of $73,852 - $84,831 per annum, plus 17% employer superannuation contributions.**

**About You**:

- Well-developed administrative and time management skills
- Well-developed verbal and written communication, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Demonstrated experience in having used online systems such as Student One or Oracle Service Cloud.
