**About the Company**

The Department of Communities and Justice delivers legal, court and supervision services to the people of NSW (New South Wales) by managing courts and justice services, implementing programs to reduce crime and re offending, managing custodial and community-based correctional services, protecting rights and community standards, and advising on law reform and legal matters.

Corrective Services NSW runs the state’s correctional centres, supervises offenders in the community, and delivers programs to reduce reoffending, support reintegration and build safer communities.

**About the role**

Reporting directly to the Principal Manager, the Project Support Officer undertakes a range of project research, analysis, reporting, implementation, and administrative activities to support the development and delivery of cultural strengthening programs, in line with established project plans and objectives.

You will be working in a team that is focused on developing a culture of performance and who are innovative in their approach.

**About you**

You have knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies and are enthusiastic about making a difference.

Persuasive communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills

Good time management and organisational skills

**Essential Requirements**:
