About the role:
We are looking for a passionate full time Office Manager for our branch in Gold Coast. As an Office Manager, you will be the main point of contact for our internal and external stakeholders. Your role is to ensure the office is operating professionally effectively and efficiently by providing support in Office Management and Administration as required.

What will you be doing (not limited to):

- Organising office operations and procedures
- Ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
- Managing contract and price negotiations with clients and service
- Allocating available resources to enable successful task performance
- Coordinating staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency as per the services orders
- Evaluating and managing staff performance
- Coordinating personnel activities such as hiring, promotions, performance management, payroll, training and supervision.

**Salary**: From $65,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift

- Broadbeach, QLD 4218: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- Australia (preferred)
