**About this Role**

As Experienced Maintenance Employee - Horticulture & Landscaping employee, you will be an integral part of Council's Horticulture, Landscaping and Wetlands teams.

In this role you will work outdoors within a team and lead from the front undertaking programmed garden and landscaping maintenance of Latrobe City Council’s landscaped areas including reserves, shopping strips, play spaces and building surrounds.

Working hours will be from 7:00AM - 4:00PM with 9 day fortnight. Work days will be starting and concluding at Latrobe City Council's depot at Driffield Rd, Morwell.

**About You**

For this role we are seeking an horticulture & landscaping employee with drive to produce work of the highest quality. Your communication will be friendly and professional to communicate with the public, clients and other employees.

**You will have**:

- Current Victorian Drivers Licence with minimum Medium Rigid Endorsement.
- Cert III in Horticulture/Landscaping
- 3-5 Years Horticulture Industry Experience
- Construction Induction Card (White Card)
- Current Farm Chemical User Certificate
- Current Traffic Management Control Certificate
- Current First Aid (preferred)

All successful applicants will need to successfully obtain a Police Check and hold a valid employee Working with Children Check and undergo a pre-employment medical check.
