**About the role**

To be successful you will need:

- Demonstrated experience providing level 2/3 technical support including system administration and ICT service delivery in the ServiceNow platform.
- Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow components such as Service Catalogue, Incident, Problem, Request, Change, Asset, Orchestration and Flow Designer and working with large information systems in an enterprise environment.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise judgement and delegated authority in selecting methods and techniques based on sound judgement, plan and deliver investigations, and analyse and problem solve at system, process and people layers.
- Knowledge of ITIL or equivalent framework and of data and information management related TAFE SA programs and government policy.

- This role’s location is currently Site Specific, which may change due to the business needs of the role and the business needs of TAFE SA
- Some out of hours work may be required
- Some intra/interstate travel and overnight absences may be required
