The ServiceNow program has been introduced at NSW Police to digitise existing paper forms and automate manual processes across operations, corporate services and IT. The flexibility of ServiceNow strategic platform will meet many use cases across the organisation, facilitating the decommissioning of dozens of small systems, access databases and spreadsheets currently in use.

The platform will provide dashboards and reports on the performance of service delivery across NSWPF.

**About the role**

A rare opportunity has now become available for an experienced and analytical Test Lead to join the team and embark on one of the biggest business transformation programs in the NSW Government, while shaping the future of policing. As part of your role, you will be responsible for managing the delivery and acceptance across all aspects of testing, including over-sight and assurance in the end to end outcomes associated with all testing including system, unit, security, functional, user acceptance, cutover and post cutover validation testing.

Reporting to the Project Manager, your role will involve governing the end-to-end test outcomes of the ServiceNow Project Team, whilst managing a team in combination with system integrators NSW Police IT and business representatives to ensure program deliverables are met to the agreed standard and are fit for purpose.

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- A demonstrated track record as a successful Test Lead working on major complex, multifaceted business and ICT ServiceNow transformation programs for large scale government and/or corporate organisations.
- Extensive delivery experience within an Agile environment.
- Experience establishing and managing a Test Management Office in the ServiceNow Platform.
- Working knowledge with ServiceNow testing tools and extensive experience with all phases of testing such as unit testing, systems, functional testing and integration testing.
- Demonstrated strong leadership and management skills with proven ability to quickly earn the trust of team members and key stakeholders (internally and externally).
- Excellent inter-personnel skills with demonstrated ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision (orally, written and presentational) with proven facilitation, influencing, negotiation and strong analytical, problem solving skills and business acumen.
- Exceptional Stakeholder management experience.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
