**About the role**

The successful applicant will work closely with ServiceNow Developers, Business Analysts and business stakeholders to deliver requirements on the ServiceNow Platform. The successful applicant will be working collaboratively on ICT initiatives that support the community through policing practices, and will have opportunities for personal growth/development and training programs.

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- Demonstrated a track record as a successful Tester working on a complex, multifaceted ServiceNow transformation program for large scale government and/or corporate organisations.
- Extensive delivery experience within an Agile environment.
- Experience working in Test Management Office in the ServiceNow Platform.
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow testing tools and experience with all phases of testing such as unit testing, systems, functional testing and integration testing.
