In this role, you'll:

Work as part of a team delivering accurate reliable information to internal customers ensuring data accuracy and compliance.

This role will see you maintaining the CMDB within our organization, leveraging the capabilities of the ServiceNow platform.

You will assist in the development and maintenance of the CMDB and ensure that it accurately reflects the current state.

You would be responsible for onboarding new technology and services, regularly update and maintain the information repository. You contribute to process measurement, reporting, dependency mapping, delivery, compliance, and audit across the CMDB.

You would proactively identify opportunities to enhance the CMDB and configuration management practices, recommending process improvements and implementing them in coordination with relevant stakeholders.

About you


Your technical skills and knowledge of CMDB and ability to perform an extensive range and variety of complex technical work activities with limited guidance demonstrating initiative, creativity and responsibility will set you up for success.

You have experience in Configuration Management, specifically with a focus of updating and maintain CI's and associated relationships including administration of the ServiceNow platform.

You have an In-depth understanding of the execution of process controls, performance metric evaluation processes and process and data standards.

You are comfortable working in a complex stakeholder system alongwith the ability to build and sustain positive relationships with team members, have a meticulous approach to data accuracy, documentation, and quality assurance.

You are recognised as someone with an ability to ensure compliance with configuration management standards and audit requirements and have the enthusiasm for keeping up with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
