**THE COMPANY**:
This well know reputable leading provider of exercise physiology and health programmes that restore health for life and work has an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Office Manager. Located at Caringbah and close to public transport, shops & cafes.
**THE POSITION**:
This permanent full time position will see you take ownership and responsibility for the day to day operations of this small office space.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Support the management team and external Physiologists on a national level
- Day to day coordination of office
- Accounts - Invoicing, expenses, reconciliations
- Customer service
- Meet strict deadlines
- Allocation of referrals
- Sending and receiving confidential documentation
- Ensure the team are delivering on customer needs
- Data manipulation / reporting
- Coordination of software and equipment within the team
- Adhoc administration duties
**SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS**:
- MS Office - Intermediate to Advanced
- Strong analytical skills
- Leadership qualities
- Professional approach

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and multitask
