**The Role**
Working with a fast paced, entrepreneurial group of Accountants and Advisers, the Client Services Administrator provides high quality and confidential administrative support to the accounting team, and assists with ATO and ASIC lodgments. With a focus on attentive service, this role also manages client enquiries and maintains accurate client records.
Specifically, you will:
- Set up all clients in various software systems and platforms
- Compile and send financial document packages to clients
- Prepare engagement letters
- Manage client ATO lodgments, ASIC payments and updates
- Prepare client invoices
- Scanning, filing, and distribution of correspondence
- End of Year Compliance procedures
- Annual Review letters
- Coordinate client meeting preparation and schedule appointments
- Arrange international and domestic travel and coordinate itineraries as required
- Provide administrative support as required, including diary management, correspondence, document production and liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with reception desk duties from time to time
**About You**
You will be an experienced Client Services Administrator, ideally with experience in an accounting or financial advice firm. Knowledge of accounting processes, superannuation, ATO and ASIC lodgment procedures will be a distinct advantage. You will enjoy a busy work environment with a diverse group of colleagues and thrive on delivering attentive, efficient administrative services. This role is open to commerce graduates seeking a foot in the door opportunity as well as experienced administrators with some accounting knowledge. With a flexible and adaptable approach, you will be an excellent communicator and be willing to work with a wide variety of clients and colleagues from all walks of life. This role is a share resource so you will need to be a supportive team member, show initiative, and manage your time effectively. You will be diligent, with a very strong attention to detail and an understanding of the importance of accuracy, compliance and confidentiality.

This is a permanent, full time role, 5 days per week, onsite, in our elegant office in Brisbane's CBD. A competitive salary is on offer, commensurate with experience.
